You can wake me up for a good breakfast any day! Especially when it is a layered breakfast like this. When we were making this breakfast we had been trying out different variations. Are we just using oats, chia seeds or a mixture for the middle layer? What kind of fruit will be best, and what kind of topping is the best one? We had so much trouble deciding, because honestly you cannot go wrong with it. In the end we decided we just had to write down three variations, so you can decide which one is your favourite! And I mean, the more colours the better, right?

Pink bowl
Fruit layer
10 strawberries (thawed or fresh)
Yoghurt layer
4 tbsp plant yogurt
45 gr oats
Smoothie layer
5 strawberries
1 banana
Topping
Chopped almonds
First mix the yoghurt with the oats and set aside. For the bottom layer, mash the 10 strawberries and add them to a jar or bowl. Then blend the banana with the 5 strawberries to create the smoothie layer. Add the yogurt mixture to the jar or bowl and top with the smoothie layer and the chopped almonds.

Green bowl
Fruit layer
3 Kiwis
Yogurt layer
4 tbsp plant yogurt
3 tbsp chia
Smoothie layer
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 handful of spinach
1 cm ginger
Topping
Sprouted buckwheat
Start by mixing the yoghurt and the chia seeds and set them aside. Mash the kiwis to create the fruit layer with a fork and place in a jar or bowl. Then blend the kiwi, banana, spinach and ginger to create the green smoothie layer. Place the chia yogurt on top of the fruit layer in the jar or the bowl and add the smoothie layer. Top with sprouted buckwheat.

Yellow bowl
Fruit layer
½ Mango
Yogurt layer
5 tbsp plant yogurt
Smoothie layer
2 tbsp plant yogurt
1 cm ginger
1 banana
1 tsp kurkuma

Mash half a mango to create the fruit layer and place in a jar or bowl. Then add the yoghurt. For the smoothie layer; blend all the ingredients and add to the jar or bowl. Top with shredded coconut.
